2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Completed and delivered projects such as website development, logo design, or branding services.
• Digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.) that have already commenced.
• Consultation and strategy planning sessions have been conducted.
• Any third-party service fees incurred on behalf of the client.

3. Refund Process

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria:

1. Submit a refund request via help@motiondigitalhub.com within 7 days of service purchase.
2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details.
3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

• Services canceled before work has started may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Ongoing services canceled mid-project will be reviewed for partial refunds based on work completed.

5. Modifications Instead of Refunds

In cases where clients are not satisfied, we offer revisions or modifications to the service to better meet their expectations instead of refunds.
